I use Sweet PDZ works pretty well. Here is a link to their site http://sweetpdz.com/ I prefer the Powder version to Granular but I imagine both work the same.

Zymox Otic hands down the best thing I've used for most ear issues. It's one of my must have items. No need to clean their ears just apply. The homemade solutions I found to be messy and results mixed. Plenty of reviews of Zymox on google search (amazon has 692 5 star ratings for it)
