Anybody ever try to make jerky out of ground rabbit? I make venison jerky by grinding up the meat and was just thinking... It would take quite a few to make a batch, but we usually get alot by the end of the season. Opinions

Do you just put the cattle tags on when you go hunting? Are they suppose to repel the ticks so they stay off the dog completely? Thanks

What do you guys use on YOURSELF to keep the ticks off? We were out running Thursday and then yesterday found a tick on my daughters neck My wife is having fits. We use Deep Woods Off or Repel Sportsmen Max. Is there something better to use and where do you buy it at? Thanks!
