I dont want to change but i dont also feel like driving 60 miles for Hi-Standard either. And I run my dogs as much as i can, it get hard being at college lol....i hate it. Im gonna give it a shot, a couple people I have talked to had good things to say. There's only one way to find out.

I'm going to be switching feeds and was wondering if you guys think 22% Protein 16% Fat is a good amount for active hunting and trial dogs? Not too hijack this thread but i seen a couple post about guys that they used to feed Hi-Standard. Why'd you switch? My grandpa used to feed it and never had anything bad to say. I'm feeding a Purina blend now and i dont like it too much, energy levels are too low. I am thinking about getting a coup...

Ya John has two pups out of our latest litter. He told us the male pup is unreal. We are hoping to get down there here soon, but will have to play it by ear with college and stuff. We'll let you know

Ran my Bear and Diesel dogs today. They ran 10 rabbits, i had no gun just the video camera with me today. Dogs did very well for the conditions the snow was powdery. Let me know what you think. I dont mind it either to an extent, i have a male dogs that tends to open a little before the bunny is up. but he almost always produces a rabbit. He is by far our overall best dog. But this dog of my cousin just does it to much for me to feel comfortable running with him. and i would say it is 50/5...
