The dog is spoken for, will still talk to people and or send a note if you are interested if things don't work out.

Re: Pup from a "good Producing" brood female or Top female??
I can tell you that my best 2 dogs ever were just $10 backyard pups from run of the mill grade beagles. These 2 dogs were bullet proof and unbeatable on the ground. No dna, papers or anything for bragging rights per say but a sack of dead rabbits at the end of the day. Now flash forward 25 years, a ...

Not that we are official measurers, but we put her at about 14.5". We could be off some so dont hold me to it.

I have a 7 yr old branko female. She is out of ombre and ella ella. She hunts hard, good nose and plenty of foot. Shock collar trained. I am all done breeding her as we are set in our next generation dogs. I thought mabey someone else would like this bloodline in their pack as she still has a couple...

Re: Wont give up papers
In this business, bring cash. On 2 different litters I "helped" out people and trusted them for the money. One took about a year to get my money and those phone calls weren't to nice after the first couple of months. The 2nd was a friends daughter so I kept it nice but had to step up the number of t...

Re: Picking out your keepers
Casey, its funny you said that about pups being aggressive going to eat. My little female was the one of the smallest pups in the litter and the only female. but when it came time to eat or play, she was going to be on top no matter what. Today, she is a house dog, will burn a rabbit and puts my lab...

Re: Picking out your keepers
My last litter I had 1 female and 9 males. I knew from the start I was keeping the female as she is our furture line. As long as she turned out, which I might say I am more than pleased with. My buddy was keeping a male and when they were 3 days old I knew 1 male that he was going to take or I was. ...

Re: Coyote Attacks vs Dog size
I actually had one come across the road into our yard and started playing with my lab. It was trying to get her to go play and follow it. It ran away as soon as I went outside so to me I dont think there is a beagle big enough that they wont bother or try to get.

Re: How bad u wanna WIN
After sitting back and reading everything here and running my first ever trail a few weeks ago I think I will throw my 2 cents out there. Why doesn't the orginizers (ahra, akc, ukc ect ect....) just measure every dog going to the finals before they are cut loose? They know its going to cause bad blo...
