If i was buying 80 acres.
I would fence the front 60.
Leave the back 20 for hunting.

I cut 80% of my trees (maples) and the briars came in nicely.
Even better were the dogwoods and swamp willows.
If i did it again, i'd cut 100% of the trees!
Cover grows fast with ample sunlight.

I've seen Stoney a couple times in the heat of competition.
He has a rare combination of talent in that he can run with the leaders in LPH.
And ....stay and work a check!
This is why he places with consistency.

FC Aman's Hi-Powered Lazer is linebred Meachum's Sport Flash (out of ninja) 3 crosses.
I think he's around 3 yrs old, he won a trial last wk end. LPH.

I knew Rowdy when his first owner had him, Gary Badrak. Gary died of a heart attack a couple yrs ago. Rowdy seemed too tight mouthed for me early on.
