Now will they reproduce themselves, my guess is probably not
It will not be their gets that you will want to look to,
The quality (or lack of) will be in their grandchildren.

I only have one rule when running my old dogs, and that is that there are no rules. If the dog does it right,,,, well good for them,, if they don't,,,, oh well.

If dogs and wolves can crossbreed, then they are of the same species. You mean like this?? http://www.wolfpark.org/wolfdogs/Poster_section1.html#guess The main thing that would hold many dogs back from a chance of survival is that it becomes their nature to waite for us to feed them. This will usua...

Why else do we only use tame rabbits to start our dogs, they aren't the same as their wild brothers
I can't speek for anyone else, but the reason that I train with pen raised rabbits (and birds for the retrievers) is because it is against the law to train with the wild ones. :blackeye:

Oh don't worry Turkeys fall to predation too, it just takes a little larger predator. Loosing chickens and not turkeys is more a function of location than anything else. Unfortunately, the Turkey population in Utah is very low, the Cougars take care of that.

We are talking about a harmless beagle, And just how is it that you know that, this is a huge assumption on your part. The reality is that the individual Beagle may or may not have been your average Beagle. I can tell you this,, out here if your dog or any dog, gets out into someones pastures/range...

Dogs have been domesticated for hundreds of years. This makes Dogs natural environment your home. These are not wild animals we are dealing with. How would a dairy cow survive if turned out in the wild?? Probably not long. A dog might do better, but it is in no way their natural environment. Can su...

But he could have just as easily protected them by catching the beagle pup and returning it to the owner I'm darn neer 70 years old, forget about catching an 8mo old pup, I'm not even going to try. See this is because of not knowing all the facts. Sure, everyone feels sorry about the pup, but that ...

How in the heck is 8 month old pup going to attack a rabbit in a cage? Don't kid yourself, now if it had been an 8 week old puppy, I would agree. But, I have had more than a few 8 month old Beagle pups that could (and would) rip a rabbit hutch to shreds in a New York second if given the chance. Thi...

“The truth of the matter is, the dog was attacking his rabbits,” Hovious said. “Whether you’re a dog lover or not, that’s enough for him to use deadly force on the animal.” Yup Out here live stock is a multi billion dollar industry, and laws such as this are an absolute must. The sheep people in pa...
