Re: Ok need some young dog opinions

I've started literallly hundreds of pups; if the old girl gets the pup back on track and helps him learn to progress forwards, take her along. If she pulls the pup back, leave her home. Thanks, Bob Well I agree with that. I'm at a crossroad where both scenarios are happening........He can't handle ...

Re: Good beagle trash talk expressions?

My uncle had a dog he called Popeye. Was a nice little hound but had one fatal flaw that drive me crazy. If he would run across a real cold track he would just stand on his head. I just wanted to kill him when it happened. Took a buddy it with us that ran big hounds on yotes and were talking about e...

I was going to comment on the black and white dog. First thing I noticed in every picture was that dude locked on the jugular.

Re: Thinning out the coyotes? Pics of the big dogs

Great pictures. What breeding are those black and white dogs? How far away do the coyotes run normally and do they run in a circle like a rabbit? Are they mostly trailed up or jumped like a rabbit? A few around here run them but do it at night. Never seen anyone hunt them like you do. They are a cr...

He's in every pic you see there. He's an animal. 100% trash free and will run the front all day every day and finds the throat at the end.

Re: Dogs on snow

All this talk of how hard snow is to run in...I'll take snow and cold all day every day. Bare frozen ground is alot tougher to run on. Hunting in the snow is what I look forward to. Snow dog? I dont even know what the hell that means. A dog will either run the track you put it on or it wont. Not rea...

I've never trialed a dog in my life but that would have to be the easiest way.

Re: Food agression

I agree with not shocking them while fighting, you bump them for going to wrong bowl not fighting. Dogs will absolutely fight harder if they're already fighting when they're shocked.
