Due to getting the most snow at one time since 1888, N.E.W. has the approval of The A.K.C. to move our licensed Field Trial to May 5th and 6th. Why always the sire?

When I ask a person about the breeding of their dog, they almost always tell me the sires name. No mention of the dogs Dam. As far as I'm concerned, if you don't have a solid bitchline, you don't have a leg to stand on. My question is, why do beaglers count so heavily on the Sire?

Butch, I talked to CJ Walkers owner, Larry Kimbro last week. He told me that CJ had bone cancer and was put down a while back.
