Re: tiffinis-calenders
I have been working 2 jobs since August and barely had time to eat and shower. Therefore I did not offer to do them this year. I realize it is now February. If the majority still wants me to do some, I can do it. Images would have to be submitted to tiffinis9@yahoo.com. On the flip side, if everybod...

Re: Frontline Plus Guys. Step in here
This is how I treat my dogs. I have 2 Labs and 5 beagles. So I buy large size and put 1 each on the labs, then split 1 tube per 3 beagles. I also treat MIL dogs at the same time, so it works out for 2 packets

Re: Female developing hot spots
Hot spots are usually directly related to allergies and food. Usually a food allergy, with corn being the number one culprit. Even if they have been fed it all their life they can develop allergies to it. The quickest way to get them to heal is actually shave the area, wash it well and keep it dry.

No, she makes sure they ALL know from the first instant that she thinks she is in charge. The only one she doesn't question is Lacie (Lacie is the Queen Diva). She even puts our 100 lb Labs in their places.

Re: new Patch Hound breed!
Yeah, good luck with that! I threatened to spay her the other day to see if that would take her down a notch. She is full speed, full tilt, full bore, full time! Down the road, the Preacher's German Shepard got out and was in my yard, gave Hunter a whooping. Libby chased him all the way home, half a...

Re: any tips on trying to keep new born pups alive
We whelp in a hard plastic round kiddie pool, nothing to get stuck on and easy to clean. Yes, we whelp in the house temperature is easier to regulate without a heat lamp that can start a fire or overheat mother and pups. If we didn't we would have lost our last litter AND the bitch. Also, if they co...

Re: new Patch Hound breed!
FYI, feeding them off of a fork keeps ones fingers out of sharp teeth... All these hounds have had rabbit in their mouth, but no all of them have not been free to hunt as they should. The young ones need more handling. We had several MAJOR health issues (with the humans) that came up and interfered ...

I'll sell ya Hunter if yer hankering for another male, but I will tell you that little female, Libby, was born the biggest but ended up the smallest of the litter. What she lac...
