Re: Run to catch

I have had good luck with an all wormer I get from Fox Hollow dog supply. The more you buy the better the price. Around $2.50 a pill which is good for 22 pounds. Hunt-Em-Up

Re: Nursing Nine Pups

She is likely more then capable of taking care of them. I like to add a milk replacer to the moms food. there are several that are meant for all animals check your local feed farm store to see whats available. I put a couple Table spoons on the food with a little warm water each end of the day. This...

Re: Run to catch

Well a first for me today my beagle/hound cross caught a hare in the wild today, we only have a couple inches of snow. Ran it for a little under an hour. Not sure if it ran into a tree or what. He was coming at me pretty hard shut up for a second and I thought I heard a squeal. I checked the gps and...

They would get out of a chunk and out of hearing and the dog hunt was on. Had some out for days. I use the garmin now and coul...

Re: 2 many pups

The best thing to do is let her take care of them. Very hard to keep them alive trying to bottle feed. I would feed a very high quality dog food to her as well as add a 1/2 cup of milk replacer to her food once a day. There is an all animal type available at most any farm feed store in 10 pound bags...
