You can find some 10" and 11" beagles. I have a 11" but she's not for sale for any money. Are they miniature.. depends upon what you call miniature. I tried a search on http://www.google.com . I guess there's a few people out there claiming to have "miniature beagles for sale" Take a look. Good luck...
