As far as I know FC Sparkling Brook Toby is still alive, he's produced at least 2 FC's, his littermate brother was FC Honey Hollow's Elvis

Re: Best Breeders Out There??
Go out and look at what the Cryon dogs have done over the past 35 years or so:
I believe there are 6 or 7 dogs on here that aren't listed, that recently finished: http://www.beaglescanada.org/bccryonbeagles.html

Re: Best performance of a male and female that you have seen
I remember checks, I've seen plenty of great start to finish performances but they all mush together for me, I can remember watching several checks, that have stuck in my brain... In 2000, I had the honor of judging the 15" male class at the AKC National Large Pack Championship...to this point I had...

Re: Best of all time
I never had the chance to see Boone Creek Trimmer run, but he was a hot hound during his time in the Mid West. I got to see a couple super nice hounds out of him here in the Northeast. What was failed to be mentioned the majority of the trials he was entered in were sanctioned trials after he finish...

Re: Best of all time
If you're breeding hare bred hounds, and you keep breeding to hare bred hounds, then you are line breeding Mt Zion Pete. To say he is the most underrated hound out there, that's far from the truth...the fact is he is not longer relevant in today's breeding. "Oh how can you say that"...well I might h...

Re: IFC Greenwell's Reggie
Ranger Dan had 30 wins in the states and Canada...Trimmer had 18. FC Briarpatch Black Willow won 15 trials in either 2002 or 2003.

Re: IFC Greenwell's Reggie
One thing can be said, no dog has ever changed the face of an association like Reggie has with the Mid West. Some say for the good some say for the bad. I've only seen Reggie once, it was in a class of 42 at Palmer. This class was judged by Jack Silvernale and Sean Bickford, it was one of, if not th...

Re: Best of all time
Then the Tuck do is the one I'm thinking about... Andre...the BEST two dogs I've had a chance to see were FC Carreau's Seaside Jenny and FC Great Bear Woody. If I had those two everyday I wouldn't worry about having another dog, the two of them ran exactly the same, I never judged Jenny in a sanctio...

Re: Best of all time
Personal preference Andre? I really liked this Tuck dog's style when I got to sVee him go. I like NLPC, CNLPC FTCH Cryon Kimbo when I got to see him go, seemed like he had a lot of tools, level headed, good nose, stayed close to the check, quick and not sloppy doing it You know I was fan of both FC ...
