mobeagle, is Bill Croghan still alive? We bought some Julys from him back is 1972. The last time I talked to him I think he had actually gotten some beagles.

Mobeagle, the tri-color looks like a Croghan bloodline dog. Maybe that is why it's a fighter!!

Mr. Van Sickel, If you take your beagle to another official measuring and he measures in to the 13 inch class, what then? Or can you not do that sine he was measured by the AKC reps? Thanks.

DRamey, When I was young that was the only remedy we knew for our big hounds. Some would mix the sulphur with hog lard so the hounds would lick it and get the sulphur "in their system" as they liked to say.
