I was using Diamond 24/20 and my dogs did well on it and the stools were alittle loose and large. I tried the 26/18 green bag Diamond and the stools were the same but their coats were rough so I got off that and went back to the 24/20. I found this website on this board or miller's board someone put...

I like to use bells on a newly purchased dog so I can get to hear what it's actually doing hunt wise and to catch it easier if it doesen't want to handle. After I see how it's working and if it handles better I lose the bell. It's a nice tool for a new hound or pup starting out.

where in pa are you? If you have a trustworthy broke dog or know of someone that has beagles run it with another dog till it catches on. Just make sure it doesn't run trash, an e-collar is a great investment and and training aid.

Everyone wants something for nothing these days. A friend of mine coaches baseball and s...

Seperate them all and until they start running a line and concentrating on what they are doing. Then run in pairs once in awhile to see how they are progressing. Four young dogs together is a great method for developing alot of bad habits. Have fun and run them they'll get better and by this hunting...

My dad always told me you can't please everyone. I love field trials, watching other's dogs, meeting people that have the same intrest's, but haven't been to one yet where everyone was pleased at the end.
