The flooring is plastic coated wire with 1.5"X1.5" mesh and 12.5 Gauge. Thanks forthe tip on putting mesh in the eves, sounds Like a good idea. Its a 4x10 foot run with the dog box at the back. I used 1.5"X1.5" pvc coated 12 gauge wire. I think it came out oretty good....Deerhost
