???? What would you do ????
You purchase a young started dog in the summer. You hunt her for a couple of months with your other dogs. She shows you that she is a brush busting jump dog.She has no tremendous faults other than she will open going to another dog if they jump a rabbit. She could be a little faster. Just a solid me...

Re: Antenna for Astro
You might want to take a look at Conkeys website. I replaced my Dc30 antenna with their tuff skin antenna and also replaced my Astro antenna with their 8`` antenna. I don`t lose signal any more with any of my collars now. I hunt some very thick stuff. I can usually pick up signal to about 1.5 to 1.8...

The safest way to kill bees is Sevin Dust. Either buy or make some kind of a sprayer to dust the hole. The bees carry the dust back to the nest and within a day or two any bee coming into contact with the dust will die.

As soon as he was inside her I put my hand on his butt. When he was done and wanted to get down from her back I just held him there and waited five minutes. I wasn`t taking any chance. I will breed her again and wait 63 days for the results.Honey Pot Hounds wrote:Did you get a tie?

"Her mother was the same way." There's the key to solving your problem. I understand what you are saying. In some ways I totally agree with you. We are all looking for the perfect dog but in reality that dog doesn`t exist. Just like there are no perfect people there are also no perfect dogs. It is ...

Breeding stanchion for dogs ?
Was wondering if any one knows of any thing being made by any company to put under a dog and strapping them to the ``stanchion`` so that any problems that the female would cause while the male is doing his thing could be elimanated. Thus reducing the risk of injury to the male ?

AHHHHHHHH, TEMPER TEMPER Mr. Williams. This is America. When you posted to my post you opened yourself up. Calm down and reread what was written. I never put the dog down. When I hunted with Manny and Denny I told him I thought the dog was a bit rough. He was even rougher as a 2 year old. He is a spe...

I don`t want this to turn into a post where we are bashing Branko and Frieda. They have both been very, very nice and helpful to me.I thank them for every thing that they have done for me !!!! It is my intentions to try to improve the dogs that I have now. That is why I am looking for stud dogs with...

Eddie, I watch these forums quite a bit and the only dog you ever blow smoke about is Manny. I would have to disagree with you on this one.I had bought a female off of Branko and Frieda directly out of Lumberjack and Extra Trim. Per there recomendation I bred her to Warlock the first time. She had 3...

Extreme Hunt and Search?
What dog at stud is consistently throwing pups that will hunt the cover they are turned loose into. I don`t mean a dog that will cover a lot of ground bypassing prime rabbit habitat because they don`t want to hunt the thick nasty stuff? There are far to many dogs that cover a lot of ground. To me th...
