Re: WORLD HUNT

Danny-

Will you take me to Taylor's Restaurant? Man those are good steaks.

If you will, add me to the predictions on stiffing you for the bill. If you do that, man you will be a fortune teller

Re: Shew!!!!!!!!

Isnt Central City in Mulenburg County?

Hope everyone is going well from the board that lives in these areas hit by the storms. Strong storms came through southern OH last night at 2:30am. Not much more that lightning, wind and heavy rain. Flooding will be an issue around here much of the day.

Re: Answer me this

Good thread.

I own a Auto/Commercial/Residential glass company.

I have had beagles around my entire life, my dad always had a beagle running around the house that could scream on rabbits. They doubled up as pets too.

Re: LP HOUNDSMEN HOUND OF THE YEAR??????

It would be better just to start a new REGISTRY and eliminated ARHA altogether if you were going to do this. It would be an open registry, very easy to start. Use the same LP rules, alter them a smidge so there are no law suits. Think about it....the beagle "Clubs" dont belong to the NKC....they can...

Re: New HOY Program

I am sure it will be the same as it has been in the past-

once your hound moves from the Opens to the Champions, the points start over. They do not carry over from class to class, they reset.

Re: New HOY Program

I think that 25% leaves way too much interpretation on ARHA end. I love #11, and I am anxious to see how they "enforce" it. On #2.....great idea....but if someone really doesnt want to put a win on the hound, I think it leaves alot of room for them to get the hound off the ground. What if you are ju...

Re: World Hunt?

I think the dog count will be way down this year. #1- the hunt was moved up several weeks, so that will mean less club hunts to get qualified in. #2- gas prices- most people wont put the money into going to the hunt I see 275 opens, 200 champs and 75 or so grands. I think they will be down 125-150 h...

if the dog is listed under your ownership on the paperwork you can call NKC and they should be able to send you replacements, for a fee of course.

You can enter the dog in a ARHA/NKC hunt as long as you know the registration #, that is required on the entry form.

I have only had the pleasure to see Reggie in trials as well as gun hunting over him. I am sure that Thunder is an impressive dog, have heard alot about him. But Reggie's accomplishments have been spelled out on this forum too many times to count. I am sure that both dogs have their better days, and...

ohlinger.s- If you scratch your dog because you dont want to run under a certain judge, no you will not get your money back. Most, if not all judges will tell you that you can stay close to them so if the dogs get split on 2 different rabbits, the handlers have the ability to get their dog(s) back i...

Here is the funny thing that I just thought of when reading this: When I was the president at the Ironton club, one of the people on here bitching judged ONE round. It was so disasterous, we wouldnt let him judge anymore at our club. He had no idea of the rules. LOL. Then to come on here and grip ab...
