When I go to hunt on a winter morning with my sons I would rather have a dog bark a little early but put Rabbit in front of the boys than a dog that can not run because of conditions.

I do not know in general but I will say when I first started judging in the early 90's their was one or two good dogs per cast. Now most cast all the dogs are good.
