Re: How big do you think he is?
One thing is for sure, some people DON'T know how to measure professionally. I see it enough. but that dog right there looks awful tall, I don't care who ya are! a 1/2" is tight to measure an 1"-2"'s is down right wrong, where does it end?

Re: NO-MO dog de-wormer?
Hmmm, kind of a toss up here. Yes I forgot to say that it's an expeller. I have a 5 month old that has ate some fresh hare, I don't think I'll use it on her. As far as the 2 year old I'm still on the fence with it. I have to get a bunch of other tape worm pills soon anyway.

NO-MO dog de-wormer?
What's anyones experience with NO-MO dog de-wormer? I've heard dogs have had bad reactions to it. I'm asking as I have a small box I got free, and want to use it, but if it's going to make the dogs sick I may just toss it out and get better stuff.

Re: Haunted Hill Shaker
I'm not really big on Shaker myself. He was bred alot, what his producing %, probably low. He looked awful tall too. Otterbrook hounds were larger in the early 90's, now alot seem smaller, less than 15". They came from up here and have a good background with Jim Beau being in their ped. They all see...

Re: lost dog booneville IN
We just found my buddies two hounds after 11 days in the woods. They were in the same area. He heard and seen them pounding a hare across a river on the 8th day, but couldn't get to them, didn't find them the next day after icy snow storm and -15 cel. temps. Two days after that we went in around the...

Re: Island snow
You're right! chains on my old full size 2 wd chevy would get me almost too far in the snow. Sure worked fine the few times I needed them.On ice a 4wd couldn't follow.

Re: Video: How Important Do You Think Solo Time Is?
I had one just like stubby and he was soloed all the time FTCH Fillmore's Northern Sly, he lead the pack and knew how to keep the same hare going, was the most consistant placing hound in the circuit in 1995. As far as needing to solo a dog to correct problems, that's not it. Soloing brings the best...

Re: soloing ?
I soloed my male pup from 4-10 months about every 2nd day for 1-4 hours and he steadly improved. When I took out 2 out of shape 8 year old males with him to the same area I was running him at, it took 3 times an hour each before he ran with them. I found that not too bad. Then I soloed him 2-3 times...

It's hard cover, bought it about 10 years ago. I will post the traits of puppys it always shows d=dominant, s=submissive, ...
