Re: What the (*&*(&**%&^%

If the dog acted as though she didn't recognize you when she ran past you, it was 100% no doubt about it, a seziure. This may have lasted 1-5 minutes, although it seems like forever. Sometimes they'll run in a circle around you for a minute.

Re: Cattle ear tags !!

You can use either the orange or purple. I use the orange. 25 tags for $18.00. I use a paper hole punch and a zip tie.

I had a dog ( one year old 15" male) eat one with no side effects.

Re: Breeders pitching their dogs

BC, I agree with you 100%. I had a guy a few years ago try to sell a buddy of mine a couple of dogs with the same bloodline he was looking for. The old guy (with 40 years exp) said the dogs had good confirmation, so we went down to look at them. Legs crooked as a creek, underbite, short ears, you na...

Re: stumped!!!!!!!!!!

Don't sweat it. It's too early to worry just yet. I have a litter of 7 month olds. One pup started almost three months ago and looks terrific. The other four are still playing (I've got a stick, catch me if you can). I'm not going to even try and work'em hard until late March and April, when the sno...

Re: Overeating?

I put a feeder on one of my above ground kennels. At the time, I had a couple of dogs that I couldn't keep weight on. Nothing wrong with the dogs, just naturally skinny, like a naturally skinny person. Anyway, over the next few years I used it off and on. I would use it on dogs I wanted to put weigh...

Re: seneca whelper

I have one. I like it real well. I had it customized a little. I had a extra foot of length added to the run. I had 1 1/2 x 1 1/2 wire put on the floor, if you don't the poop won't fall through as well. I had the door to the run put on the side instead of the end for easier access. I had a swinging ...

Re: Dogs want to eat the rabbit!

All of my dogs will eat the rabbit. If you're not there first, there's not much left. I used to have dogs that would pay no attention to a dead rabbit. These dogs are much better hunters and ate up with desire.
