A lot of time in the field. The instinct is there you've got to let them do what they are bred to do. Some are better than others. You've just got to be there to try and correct some of there mistakes. Deer and such.

Everyone is saying 140's. Looks bigger than that to me. I'd say high 150's. Big deer, I wouldn't pass him up.

I don't know if there's a definitive way to tell other than having them tested. But from what I understand the can develop a dry cough. They also can get short of breath and pant hard after attempting to run. The vets the only one that can tell you for sure.

Yep, wind definitely affects scenting. Rabbits sit tight too. I don't even like to go if there's a strong wind.

It mysteriously started working again. Hopefully it's okay, but I don't trust it now. My luck it will do it again when my pup is taking a deer out of hearing! Lol.

I have an almost new g-3 collar that's messing up. When I push the button on the transmitter it flashes red then green on the collar and won't do anything. No tone, no shock. I though it might be ran down so I charged it completely and still got the same result. Anyone had this happen before?

My health insurance has went up substantially. As a matter of fact has almost doubled. From about $380 a month for the family plan to $730 a month. I can't afford to pay that much. I'll have to drop my wife off the plan and carry the kids only. Sucks!

There was a Winchester model 270 shortmag with a scope on here a couple weeks ago. Wired up had it for sale. I can tell you it is a good rifle because it used to be mine. I think he had 400 on it w/ a box & a half of ammo. Good price.

I mix powdered calf milk with their puppy food. Works for me.
