i have a female off jim and a mt state rowdy female thats as good as they come she has pups right now of my runner male.

with long range antenna i get a little over a mile but it all depends on the terrain.Very seldom will you have a beagle out of range of the garmin unlees his up to no good.

As for as i know maravics reffeyts kt mtn jim is still alive he is out of ali baba and blue moon , we sold him to darrell terry in arkansas.Great line of dogs i have females off elmo and jim that cant be bought.
