i.have.had/dogs/all.my.life 55 now ...and since I went patch,, I have very little trouble with deer runs...had a few that loved them now .. but had some that never ran anything wrong in their life ...love that.

first u must decide what type of dogs u like..go watch some be it trial or just running .... I would always start by getting a older dog at least 3 or 4 years old that can runn a rabbit so u don't get to frustrated starting back out . then get some pups from a cross similar so they can run together ...

yes.i.have... but I also been in construction most my life and know all the subs already.. u can save money but u need a knowledge of how things come together to keep things in a flow ,,I built my house in little over 4 months start to finish. however a contrasctor will make some money for doing it ...

8-9.acres.,would/be/great get your pocket book ready tho. lol.

shady.told./ya right .. I got a starting pen acre and a quarter.. just good for starting pups. old dogs would catch them. but that's what I built if for pups so it works perfect for me .

we went to u.p. last year in Michigan ..Drummond island ...hare numbers are down ..there was a lot of hunters there so I see why. I shot 2 . it was fun.. we had a race of nearly 4 hours. it went well over an hour before we had a check . long long ride ..I wouldn't do it again except in a plane ride ...

got it layed out on a hill,, a lot of land in my field is lowlying. so I had to make it smaller. little over 1 acre. but now all I need is some good wire .seems I am having trouble locating it . ..predator wire is what I was looking for . are there anyother good choices>?

most definitely ..so much eaiser to start a dog ,, according to size of pen how long u can have one there. but no way I would ever not have one .
