Re: Dog Eating Feces - Health Implications?

Also, an old vet who had beagles told me "I have a kennel full of sh##t eaters". He basically said a lot of beagles do this & just l...

What I was wondering, was if they put in a ceiling first to somehow hold in heat; plus I was looking for other guys experiences. I have a hound deluxe light bulb heater & also a ...

Frozen moisture on inside of dog house roof?

I have an insulated aluminum dog house (Seneca) that has frozen moisture on inside (underside) of roof. Looking for tips on how to get rid of this. I thought I'd rig a plywood ceiling inside the dog house and drill a few holes in it; then open the Seneca roof a crack in the back to let moisture out....

Re: Pup Soils His House

If he's in an above ground kennel, you may try putting him in an on the ground kennel. It can't hurt to try it. This is just my opinion, I think a good above ground kennel is the best & cleanest way to keep a hound; but I believe it can be confusing to pups and even to older dogs that have never bee...

Re: Two lost female beagles in Johnson co. Eastern ky area

There's a guy posted on rabbitdogs.net from KY that has 2 found beagles; but it sounds like they were found about a month ago. See the Tailgate forum & post "Need Opinions".

Lost dog in Michigan @ 26 mile rd.(see below)

I saw this on a different site & thought I'd post it here. "Found a male beagle looks to be approximately 4 years old at 26 mile and Omo Rd, Lennox Twp. area. He was almost road kill but after some coaxing he came to me. He had a collar with a name and number on it. I called the number at least 10 t...

Dave,
The pups looking real good. She has very nice conformation, is very active, uses her nose a lot & seems to be real smart, too. I was joking about sedating her. thanks
