I like a dog anywhere between a 13 to 15 inch beagle. I like females better. I prefer a medium fast dog, somewhere around a 7 on a scale from 1 to 10. I like a dog with hard hunt and good line control. Having brains is always nice in a beagle. So which breeds do you guys prefer?

Which bloodline or predrigee would you consider to be the best, throw the best pups, make the best dogs, etc. (Branko, Primetime, Gay, Bramlett, etc.)
