Pilotknob - you are correct this little fellow is making a very nice hound......I think he is very well suited for Little Pack trialing or just a good gun dog.....he can roll... and has top of the line DESIRE. If you want a truly rabbit crazy dog....here he is.

Any of the Tritronics are good the 70, 90, trashbreaker and upland are all great choices. IMO...Its not what age but its after you have trained the dog to understand the meaning of "NO" or "STOP" meaning (do not do that!)......Also the "HERE" command. For me....a shock means "Stop it" and a tone mea...

I have used Cedar chips for years but this year I did have a young female react to them. Lost hair and developed a couple small sores. Took them out....did nothing else and she got better really quick. I'll keep her in straw for now...

I have a 18 month old BLACK and TAN male, Indian Hills bloodline (Boone Creek and Indian Hills Trapper). This is a very good little hound, hunts hard all day in the thick stuff, has a fast loud chop mouth, handles very well (broke to e-collar) doesn't run off game. I've put him on deer and he didn't...

Most of Ray's stuff now has pretty good speed. I've seen a few of his older dogs that I thought were medium to medium fast. I'm pretty sure that the dog you asking about was his dog.
