Would this be a club only event or can kids from other areas participate. If so, what type of event. If it is not club only then you need to talk this up more to generate outside interest. You may want to plan it alittle furthur out so others can be included. Just my 2 cents!

Where in Virginia are you? I should be heading to Vermont soon. I was there this past Monday. I live in Maryland and work in DC. Does that help?
