That's what I keep wondering. I was told my plan was compliant with ACA, but Jan 1 2014 my rates increase $300 a month.

Think I found the problem! After feeding him wet food the past week to put some weight back on, he started to seem better.

Took him out for a run last night and noticed a litle white piece of rice crawling from his rear end.
