The type of snow might be a factor in it. I know a few weeks ago when we had that crusty, icy snow on the ground, one of my young dogs had a tough time on it. It was like scenting on ice. She does fine in the fluffy stuff though.

I overdosed the crap out of my lab the first time I gave the liquid Ivomec. I read the dosage wrong for some reason. He never had any reaction.

In the March Hounds and Hunting Magazine there is an article about Weircreek Hounds of Yesteryear. I believe that the author noticed that when he had heavy line breeding in that bloodline the females tended to get smaller. Just something I remembered from the article...
