Thanks I thought I needed to call akc,didn't know if they would tell who registered the dog first or not without the 25.00 thanks again Ken

Akc says you can change dogs name if owner of litter didn't register it.How do you find out who registered it first?registration tells who breeder is on certifcate but not who was first one that registered it.Maybe i'm reading it wrong,please explain.Thanks Ken

I have most are a flat med speed unless there crossed with a female with alot of power.atleast the ones I had and seen.If your thinking of running that style allot of people run that on the espo board.I would go to some trials and see if thats the kind of dog you would like.good luck Ken

I think they turn nocturnal also.I used to run at night awesome runs.coyotes got bad and kind of went back to running in the day.over the last month it is hard to find a rabbit much less a long run.I ordered tracker lights for my collars and am going to start running at night again.Ken

put her with something that stays close on a check and beats her in check.It could be a slow dog that she can out run but learn how to work a check.Don't run her with dogs that leave check and go looking for another track,you have to put her with one that will hang in there even on a bad lose.Ken
