Me too. A lot of trouble with the boards lately. eSPO has been down for a couple of days now - awaiting word from tech support.

I'm logged in and it won't let me log out, lol. which is good - but wrong. I can't log in as others to troubleshoot their accounts.

It's more difficult in that sense. Why I also suggest a registration number generator type deal. You can't even sign up for an e-mail address without of some sort of random generator for numbers or letters. I wasn't trying to be a smart butt. Just trying to be helpful. I don't bother checking IPs. When people register with easy names like So-n-so Kennel, or Ridview Beagles, then I know it's legit. But if they try using partial names or initials with birthdate combos like TRZ1978 then it looks like a spammer. That's why it's good to keep names simple and not some "...

It worked. They are being stopped at registration again and they're piling up in the inactive list - which I can delete behind the scenes. They'll never make it to the board. As soon as I post this I'll be proven wrong, but I think I may have found the problem myself and fixed it. We shall see.

Might have to migrate all of this over to a new board altogether. The updates don't seem to be patching it. I'm banning IPs as I can catch them, but I think that will be a full-time job.

I don't know why they don't use an authenticating code during registration like a lot of websites have. I don't know why they aren't IP banning the spam bots either. This is ridiculous.
