JUST IN CASE THIS HAPPENS TO YOUR COLLAR , JUST TAKE OFF THE COVER AND UNPLUG THE BATTERY , THEN WHEN YOU PLUG IT BACK UP IT RESETS .

I JUST GOT A NEW ASTRO 320 WITH DC 50 COLLAR 3 WEEKS AGO. TODAY WHEN I WAS PUTTING DOGS IN THE TRUCK AFTER RUNNING I TURNED THE COLLAR OFF BUT THE RED LIGHT DID NOT GO OFF, THAT WAS THREE HOURS AGO AND THE RED LIGHT IS STILL ON. CAN'T TURN IT BACK ON OR OFF. HAS ANYONE HAD THIS PROBLEM? HELP PLEASE....
