Try asking to judge a Derby trial for them just to get your foot in the door. If folks like your judging the word will get out. Its going to be hard to find a club that will take a chance on using you as a judge in a licensed trial when you haven't even judged a Derby. Just being honest with you.

Several years ago we created the OTBGW forum for a place for folks to post things not related to beagles such as football, baseball, basketball and Nascar but folks still seem to use the Just Talkin Dawgs forum to post about this kind of stuff. I think this shows that adding another forum is a waste...

After personally speaking with Del on the phone several years ago about an issue in ARHA PP it was clear to me he could care less about beagles or the people that own them. He even went so far to tell me that the ARHA could never hold another beagle trial again and it wouldnt effect his bottom line ...

I talk to Richard this evening and he said the ground was bare before this storm and they only got around 1-2 inches today. They are still calling for the possibility of more snow tonight and tomorrow but it doesn't sound like they have near the snow we have here.

I dont think they got as much at the running grounds but I live about 30-40 miles West of the running grounds and we got 10" last week. Probably more than half melted before this storm started. They were calling for 6-10 more but have downgraded forecast since. They are still calling for it to snow ...
