I asked Bev if I could judge this show, and she says the job is mine. I've seen some excellent looking hounds so keep posting some pictures.

I've already got my picks, 1 through 3, out of the 25 or so dogs already on.

Best Blue Tick

Post by buckridge »

If I had to judge the best picture today... I would have to put Ralph as the number one bluetick........

Ralph you just need to learn to keep your eyes open and put your tail in the air....

I have judged all the hounds I have seen to this point. What I did to try to make it fair without knowing who posted what I saved the pictures of all the hounds that I liked and I'm going through the pictures of the dogs to see which ones i like the most.

What I would like to see is this. A good stack, if you could get your hound standing properly, in a natural stance with your assitance and do the following. Make sure that I can see the dogs whole side, don't have your hand over the dogs face, make sure that the dogs back legs aren't straight up and are more at an angle. No real big deals, but its tough nit picking when you don't have the dog right infront of you.

Keep posting these pictures.
