Yes I have a redman pup, he is a hunting fool, but he goes to fast, will he eventually slow down and pase his self or should I try and slow him down.

Just let him be. DON'T TRY TO SLOW HIM DOWN, you will slow down his progress. Let him be a pup, he will learn by him self, when to slow down and when to pick it up. You never want to slow him down.
