Purina Pro Club offers the best system I have seen. Members can order puppy packs and they are free. Each pack has a cardboard envelope with a complete file system for all the paperwork, health records, and other info. Every pack also contains a booklet that includes great general info about care, training, health, and much more. To quallify for Pro Club you must care for 5 dogs or breed one litter per year. The puppy packs are just one advantage of being in pro club. I can sign up anyone who wants in. Dan M

Send me a PM and I will send you the paperwork to sign up. That will also explain the advantages. I will need to look, but I may also be able to send you a sample puppy pack. They are great to have. Dan

Go to my website

Go to our link
at the bottom on the left side is a puppy data sheet under pregnancy calender. Has a place to put shots. That is what I use. Put the stickers from the shots right on it.

Like silverRockBeagles, I used a Microsoft spreadsheet to keep track of my Cub Scouts achievements toward their next rank. It was pretty simple to build. You can make different sheet tabs for shots, wormings, vet visits.etc.... Or maybe one spreadsheet for each pup. It could even be an interesting way to keep a journal on your dog's progression from pup to champion.
