Joint pain

Have a 10 yr old beagle with pain in front leg after 1 hour of running. What can I give him to cure or relieve his discomfort

If its arthritis an asprin could help. We have a toy breed dog with osteoarthritis and he takes Glucosomine/chondroitin same as I do ;-) Seems to really help him.

get the hartz joint medicine from walmart may take a couple weeks but you will see results i used it on alot of older beagles i had one that was so bad that he got to the point he barely could get out of the dog house after about a month on the hartz he was back out trying to run again but he'd tire out in about an hour but for a 15yr old beagle i was proud. id also give one dog asprin a day to with the joint maitinece.

i have a nine yr. old bitch that will get stiff after about 3hr. i don't get to run but once or twice a wk. so she is a little over wt. i will give her half of a baby asprin with her food and it really helps . i would use only half and use a coated baby asprin. don't give it on an empty stomach. works good for me up north .
