I just gave a litter their first shot about 1 week ago, and one of my pups has a lump on his neck. I have saw this happen before right after a shot has been given but usually rub its neck for a minute and it would be gone. Any suggestions or help would be appreciated.

you may have injected it into the skin instead of under it. this will cause a lump in the skin it will soon absorb.

Sometime they have a localized allergic reaction. It should eventually rupture and drain (internally or externally) - Just leave it alone if there are not other symptoms! If it ruptures out, treat as any other open wound/sore. Good Luck!
