I do not know if it will get all the eggs but I would put down Hydrated( sometimes called white, fluffy, magnolia, or builders) Lime. It will help with odors too. Some old timers used to put salt but that is very corrosive to metal. Others say borax (mule team detergent) which has the added benefit of flea control.

beach and salt are corrosive and will damage kennel over time.don't tell the tree huggers you are treating with bleach or they will turn you in for chemical dumping.
when we used to go fishing and get our own worms for bait,we would dilute bleach 1:25 and pour on lawn in the evening.about 2 hours after dark the worms would be everywhere.and if they werent washed off would be dead within a day,so yes the bleach did kill.
i say the only way to be rid of them is to get rid of the dirt.lol

On the ground? Rocksalt.
On the kennel? Bleach mix or (even better) Trifectant.
