What's the best thing to stop the tips of my dogs ears from bleeding when running

leave'm in the kennel !!! It's natural / normal occurance along with tip of tail . I never worry about it , they will heal. JMHO

That would have been my response. If they don't come in with a bloody tail or ears, they aren't working the cover hard enough.

Not much while running but after you're home use some triple antibiotic, bacatracin, or I have been using Redcoate for ears and tip of tail, seems to do real good.
