Breeding a 5 yr old female for the first time?

Post by jdwiley »

Wanted to get some opinions from y'all.
I have a gyp that will be 5, July 2015. She was born here at my place and has turned out to be a quality female. She is smaller in size, maybe 11.5" and the particular male in my kennel is 12-12.5, I'm more concerned about the age of her than the size, myself,But I should add that both of these hounds are from stock that ranged in 12"-14" in size.
