How hard is it to start a pup with a running dog in the wild ?

Before I built my pen we always started our dogs in the wild. Take them to a place that has tons of rabbits, preferably with a slower older jump dog that can keep the track going. They will get the picture. The best time is during hunting season so if you get a wounded rabbit, let the pup get some live fur in his mouth.
