Anyone know of a starting pen near northeast Ohio?

I have one in NW pa 6 mi from the OH line.

If you are too far from Pa, I have one north central Ohio. Look under general services, near Mansfield. Many good references.

I am looking for a starting pen near the state of Delaware. I heard there is one down near Greenwood, but none of my friends down there have heard about it.
