Getting ready to build some new pens ,above ground,thinking 2 pens 10x5 with houses or barrels on the back. any ideas or pics to help would be greatly appreciated.

Here are my 3 run kennels. I used chain linked panels. 1 6x10 for the roof and 2 6x6 with the door. I removed the doors and used it for the center panels. I used Dura Bench for the floor. I built insulated houses that I set on the shelf on the back.

Whitrock, are those senecca bog boxes on your kennels ? If so do you find them to be warm enough during the winter time? I live in Newyork and was thinking about ordering one but wasn't sure if they keep the dogs warm enough....Deerhost

No I built them. They are insulated with 3/4" foam board(walls, floor, roof, and partition wall) 1/4" plywood interior, and aluminum exterior. I like em. They turned out pretty nice.
