Very nice,
I like the idea of half wire and half panels, also nice deck for them to get up on and get away from the pups.

spruce ridge - thanks. the flooring setup works out great. the dogs lay on the loft or the front half. i just push any poo that is on the front, to the back and it falls through.

rob - i purchased them in my home town of antigo, at fleet farm. it has approx. 7/8" squares and i think it is called red rooster chicken brooder panels. each panel is 2' x 4' and they interlock together. the cost was about $35 for the front half of my kennels = 4' x 8' i would not do a whole kennel with it because i think the squares are too small. but it works nice for the front half and is perfect for in a whelping/puppy pen.

Did you get the wire at the same place? How much is it in your area?

rob - the wire flooring came from Ketcham Supplys 111 Myrtle st New Bedford,MA 02740 508-997-4787 i purchased 4 - 4' x 4' sections for about $80 that wouldn't be too bad but the shipping was close to the same amount. maybe if you had it cut in smaller sections or stayed under a certain weight you could do better on price. but the wire is real nice heavy duty

ted, thanks for the comment. i really like it and it makes things easier for the wife when i'm on the road. i would like to think the dogs like it too. all i have left to do is put in a 1/2 to 1 acre fenced area behind the kennels so the dogs have a place to get a little exercise in the off season.
