Short answer, NO! Rusts out fast & a determined dog can chew through it in no time.

Some guys use goat panels if you want to build your own. You can buy 10 by 10 by 6 chain link kennels at Town & Country in Ashland for 236 ( last I bought). Heavier gauge wire too.

I have been using the white plastic privacy fence for flooring, make sure to brace up tight, No problem for the last year.
