Info on patch hounds

...on the ancestry of your new hound? This is your forum. Post your question and others will fill in the blanks for you. This is also a good forum for asking about particular hounds and bloodlines (past or present) when considering a breeding or purchase, or just breeding questions in general.

Sorry for the delay getting back to you. Cals Jelly Belly was a female owned by Clyde Lefvre, he bought her from George Blanchard as a puppy.
She was a medium speed hound, in the words of her owner"she was nothing fancy but necessary in the pack"
Redwing Patch & Clinks Top Snuff, were owned by Jimmy Lee Taylor of Oklahoma, most of his blood came from Clyde Lefvre & is Stupe crossed Emmy Lou or Blue eyed Patch freckles(mate to Emmy Lou), he also bought little Stupe & Oak Groves Chelsea from G.R. Dinius. Send me an e-mail & I will give you his number.
Pennyroyal Chubby or Pennyroyal Mossie, don't know a thing about them other than they are out of some of the Pennyroyal Sweetie outcrosses from the Pearson Creek Field Champs, I would contact Mike Roach, he has some of this breeding & could tell you more about it.
Wrights Elsa Patch is from G.W. Wright in Alabama, I asked him about herfor you, he told me she was solid hound & very good mouth on her but would play hard to handle at times.
Hope any of this helps, like I said, e-mail me & I will give you phone numbers, plowboyapache@att.net

I had a typo in my e-mail on the previous post. The correct e-mail is:
