Like Steve said i have a female out of Deacon that was born Sept 1998.
There was a story done on Kingwood Kennels in Better beagling back in March 1994.it showed alot of Al's dogs.It showed Deacon leaning up on a fence smelling a Jackrabbit that was 12 pounds.He said the rabbit was almost as big as the 15 inch male Deacon and they said the picture was taken in Nov. 1993.So Deacon has to be getting up in age.I talked to Al just shortly before he passed away and he said Deacon was a real good hound.If you can fine a March 1994 magazine you can see a picture on page 10 and alot of Al's dogs.I really like the female i have out of Deacon.She has real good hunt and clean with her mouth.She also has alot of white on her like Deacon .

thanks for the replys guys I knew he was over ten just dident know how much over. He hunts like a 3year old handles like a baby just a all around great dog. I may try to get so pups out of him if it not to late.Thanks for the help. p.s he really seems to like laying by the fireplace lol

Xdawg go on world pedigrees and someone put her on there.They have her name Campcreek Mandy wrong.Campcreek is one word but they have it two words.
