Morning Star Blue Buck?

Does anyone know who has him? Jeff Kissinger? Does Randy Thompson still run beagles?
Jeff was the last owner of Buck. Randy has not ran beagles for several years now.
I am not sure if Buck is still alive or not, I have not talked to Jeff in awhile.
