Matt Dillon is owned by Kenneth Hill of Tennessee.I don't know if his mailing address is Dechard,Tn. or Estill Springs.Could even be a Winchester listing I guess.

I think MTN Valley Rae Flash was owned by the Hills. He was whelped 12/24/1991 & bred by Frank Clay.

I ran with Flash when Frank Clay owned him and when the Hills had him.A very nice,smooth running hound that could keep a rabbit going.A little slower and more conservative then what I keep but a good hound none the less.
Flash has been dead for quite awhile now.
